1. Tournament Entry Fees

Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament registration is approved. Refunds may be issued if a tournament is cancelled by the administration.

2. Cancellation Policy

If a tournament is cancelled before the match date, all entry fees will be refunded to the players' wallets within 24 hours.

3. Deposit Refunds

Deposits made to your wallet are non-refundable but can be used to enter tournaments or withdrawn subject to withdrawal policies.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact our support team with relevant evidence. We review each case individually.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks without prior communication will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform.
